CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in a full refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or in cases of no-show, except for a justified reason and analyzed by the team.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will follow the operator's rules.
DELIVERY POLICY
The services offered on this website are consultations and follow-ups conducted via telemedicine. "Delivery" consists of the service being delivered on the date and time scheduled by the patient.
After payment confirmation, the patient will receive an email or message with the appointment details and access link. It is the patient's responsibility to access the link at the scheduled time.
